Hey guys! Naomi here. Thanks for hittingthe play button. I want to share with you
an amazing keto bread recipe. Right. So Iwent keto about a year and a half ago.
It's changed my life. I also am gluten-freeso bread has literally become like
a four-letter word in my house. So I wastrying to figure out how do I get the
wonderful aspects of bread in a formthat can work for me, and work with my
family, and work for you. And here it is.I'm gonna preheat the oven to 375. We're
gonna start with 6 large eggs, 3 at thebeginning, 3 at the end. And what we're
gonna do is we're gonna separate the eggwhites from the yolk. So 3 now. You know
egg yolks are different all over theworld and we're always looking for the
darkest and richest yellow, because itshows you the quality of what the
chicken was eating. And you can see theseare really nice and dark. So I'm gonna
start by putting all of the egg yolks in.Then, I'm gonna put half of the egg
whites in. Then I'm gonna put my grass-fedbutter and ghee right in with the
delicious egg yolks. And I'm going to adda tablespoon of the Creamy MCT.
There we go!
Yum!
I will add a cup and a half of thisamazing almond flour. So you're getting
all of the good fats that are found inalmonds. And that's really the base of
this bread, which I think is incredible. And we're gonna be adding quarter cup of
coconut flour. So again, you're gettingmore MCTs in here, but this is the
coconut flour. So you can add a quarter cup ofthat whole fat in. I'm going to add 3
teaspoons of baking powder. One... Two... Three. Then, we're gonna add a quarter teaspoon of garlic.
And we're gonna use garlic powder inthis case, but you can of course use
fresh garlic, rosemary. We use a fourth of ateaspoon of rosemary here. I'm a huge
lover. I'm gonna add a little bit morebecause I love it so much.
Next, is a little pinch of salt and youcan use, you know, the Celtic sea salt or
you can use Himalayan salt. I of course, always want to put olives everywhere, and
so we've got olives that we can addright in here, too. And that's optional,
right? You may not love all those as muchas we do in our household, but they're there.
And if you want to add a little bit ofsweetness to it, you can add a bit of
monk fruit and you're not gonna go off yourketo program.
So I'm gonna put the rest of the threeeggs in.
I love how different the eggs really canbe in different parts of the world. I
think it's super cool when I was inKyoto recently, and we had the- the really
dark, almost red, egg yolks. It was- it wasphenomenal. So now I'm gonna take what
we're gonna bake the amazing bread in.Bring it over here. I'm actually gonna
use some of the Creamy MCT to lightlycoat it. I'll do that with my fingers. I
think this recipe is great to be pairedwith an evening where you invite your
friends over and you get to show offyour keto skills. I think it's, it's like
the perfect recipe, but it's filled withall of these fat-burning ingredients,
which is just like incredible when youthink about it. You're giving your body
fuel from this recipe in a way that younever could imagine bread could do for
you. You could use an incredible olivetapenade. We actually have recipes in the
descriptions for different videos thatwe have. The options are endless!
So you're literally feeding yourself thealmonds, the coconut, the rosemary, the
olives, all of these super keto friendlyingredients. And then you have surprise
ingredients in there like the MCTs thatjust take it to a whole nother level.
Now that the oven is preheated, we're gonnaput it right in. Voila! I would recommend
pairing this bread with a whole slatherof grass-fed butter. You know that eating
keto doesn't have to be boring. You'regonna have fun, you're gonna get creative,
and this recipe, we'll do all of that. Thanks for watching! Be sure to subscribe

In this video I am going to show you the one of the most simple and delicious keto bread recipes I've ever made. What I love about this recipe is that you can add pretty much anything you like and make it the way you want. You can enjoy your favorite healthy ingredients and satisfy those bread cravings anytime - keto style. The ketogenic recipes are never boring and this is just another treat to add to your list. Spread some good organic butter on there and enjoy! I've always enjoyed a higher fat diet, but had no idea by shifting to a keto lifestyle, how unbelievable I would feel and how finally, refined grains and sugar doesn’t appeal to me (at least most of the time, but I still have a craving every once in a while). Sometimes I get a hankering for that cozy perfume of warm bread permeating from the kitchen throughout the whole house and it inspired this recipe for a delicious bread. This is the kind of bread that doesn’t weigh you down, make you bloated, or give you that groggy feeling 20 minutes later. Instead, the good fats from the almonds, pastured egg yolks, grass-fed ghee, and MCT oil will sustain your energy while also helping you to burn fat. Enjoy! Ingredients: 6 large eggs (ideally from pastured hens), separated 1/4 cup organic, grass-fed butter or ghee, melted 1 tablespoon Simply GOODFATS organic MCT oil, plus extra for coating the pan 1 1/2 cups almond flour 1/4 cup coconut flour 3 teaspoons baking powder (must be aluminum free) 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional) 1 pinch sea salt 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener 2 tablespoons chopped olives (optional) Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a food processor blend the egg yolks, half of the egg white mixture, melted butter, and MCT oil until smooth. Pulse in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic (optional), rosemary (optional), salt and monk fruit sweetener until combined. The mixture will be thick. Add the remaining egg whites and olives (optional) and pulse until fully combined. Do not over-mix or bread texture will be tough. Pour mixture into an oiled 8 x 4 loaf pan. Bake for about 30 minutes. Test with a fork to see if the bread is cooked through. Cool on a wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
